By using Bodie AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bodie AI is an AI-powered messaging-based assistant that helps users manage tasks, receive information, engage in conversations, and optionally participate in monetized interactions such as surveys, offers, or other user-consented engagements.

Bodie AI may:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use Bodie AI. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for:

  • All activity conducted through your access point

  • Not sharing access with unauthorized users

5. AI-Generated Content

Bodie AI generates responses using machine learning models. You acknowledge:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated

  • Bodie AI is not a licensed professional (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

  • You should not rely on outputs as sole decision-making input for high-stakes decisions

We disclaim all liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Messaging & Communication Consent

By using Bodie AI, you consent to receive messages via iMessage, SMS, or similar platforms.

Messages may include:

  • Responses to your prompts

  • Service updates

  • Optional surveys or compensated engagement opportunities (if enabled)

  • Transactional or administrative notices

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or equivalent instruction supported by the platform.

7. Monetization & Paid Interactions (If Enabled)

Certain features may allow users to:

  • Participate in paid surveys or tasks

  • Receive offers or promotions

  • Set preferences for engagement types

Participation is always optional unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee earnings or availability of paid opportunities. Payments, if any, may be processed through third-party providers subject to their terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Bodie AI to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or explicit content

11. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or reliability of outputs

  • Continuous or error-free operation

  • Any financial or personal outcomes from using the service

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodie AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Bodie AI at any time.

14. Changes to Terms
